RETURN POLICY: You may return the shoes for an exchange only. You may exchange for another color or style. At times I may negotiage a lower price on the exchange to help you get what you want. Purchaser must pay shipping both ways on return.
Please measure your feet for the right size before ordering. Measure by placing a ruler on the floor and then standing on the ruler at two most lengthy measuring points of width and length. The sizes correspond to these measurments from the front tip of the slipper to the back tip of the heel of the slipper and from the widest point from left to right side under the ball of your foot. The shoe itself will extend up to a quarter of an inch beyond the measurements you take. The following are SHOE measurements, not foot measurements.
